"Be who you are and say what you feel,
Because those who mind don't matter,
and those who matter don't mind."
-Dr. Seuss
As school counselor, I am dedicated to working with students, staff, and families to support students in the personal, social, and academic aspects. I encourage students to come talk to me regarding any issue that’s on their mind. Some of the things that are offered to help students through the middle school years include: individual counseling, educational support groups, and classroom guidance.
Please see the rest of my web site, which includes information on Social-Emotional Learning, tips for academic success, parent resources, counseling links, and more.
School Counseling Mission Statement:
The mission statement of the school counseling program is to ensure a safe and supportive environment in which all students acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed for academic, career, and personal/social development to become lifelong learners, creative thinkers, and responsible individuals. *
